As soon as you book in, a questionnaire will prompt you to share details about your business. Having this information upfront ensures that we're crafting strategy and design that aligns with where you envision your business going.

conversation
On your project start date, we'll review deliverables, goals and your questionnaire on a kick-off Zoom session. Being on the same page from day one helps ensure a great outcome.

research
You will be prompted to gather visual inspiration within a Pinterest board. Curating imagery that aligns with your ideal aesthetic forms the basis of your visual brand strategy.

strategy
We'll create a presentation deck including strategy, a custom color palette and a mood board to ensure aesthetic alignment. Upon approval, the design process begins.
No. 5
design
Design directions are built out for you to review and then it’s your turn to provide feedback. Up to 3 complimentary rounds of revisions are included to ensure every last detail feels aligned.
No. 6
launch
Upon final approval, you'll receive a download link to access your final brand files and guidelines. Now, it’s time to launch and share your fresh design and strategy with the world!
FAQ's
How much does it cost to work with you?
Every project is different but our Services Guide will give you a general idea of starting rates. To determine the exact cost of your project, we like to hop on an intro call to talk about your specific needs first and then put together a custom proposal just for you. However, most of our projects fall within the $5-12k range.
What is the usual timeline for my project?
Timelines vary depending on the scope of your project but on average, branding takes 6 weeks to complete. Websites take 8 to 12 weeks from start to finish once your content is in-hand, including research, design and development. If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met, please let us know right away.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Working with a designer is a big investment, so we try to make payments as simple as possible. Most projects are broken into 2-3 installments depending on the size with the first deposit required to hold your spot on our schedule.
What if I just want a logo?
At this time, we don’t offer logo design as a stand-alone service. All of our projects first begin with strategy so that you have a clear foundation to build from. This is key to ensure that your design aligns with your business goals. If standing out from your competitors and creating a sense of focus and clarity is your goal, then you’re going to need more than just a logo to create a lasting impact.
Do I receive editable files?
Yes! For branding and print projects, you receive packaged, fully editable Canva, InDesign, or Illustrator vector files depending on the project type.
What web platforms do you design for?
WordPress is our primary focus but we are also developing our own platform, The Station, specifically for multi-passionate creators that is cross-compatible with Wordpress with a custom builder you can start using for free. In fact, this website is built on the free version of lite. Your custom strategy and brand identity aligns and shines the brightest with custom website design that looks and feels as unique as your brand.
For web projects, are development costs included?
Yes. Our web development packages begin at $8k and can range all the way up to $20k for complex projects such as magazines, directories, social networks, and educational communities. We are looking into lowering development costs with our new platform, The Station, which is make our gorgeous designs accessible with all the bells and whistles you’re seeking.
How soon can we get started?
